Celebrating 10 years of TCR-Solutions

As we settle into 2026, we’ve been reflecting on a milestone that’s worth pausing for 10 years since TCR-Solutions was founded in 2015, with a simple belief that clinical research runs better when hospital sites are treated as true partners, not just participants in a process.

A decade later, we’re proud of what that belief has helped us build a site-focused CRO that supports sponsors with practical, tailored delivery, grounded in deep experience of how hospital work, what matters to research teams, and what it takes to keep studies moving.

A decade shaped by collaboration with hospital sites

Our approach has always been rooted in the realities of the hospital environment, people, priorities, governance, and the day-to-day pressures that can make or break timelines.

That’s why we’ve focused on being flexible and highly personalised: every communication plan, tracking tool, and sponsor touchpoint should fit the protocol and the team delivering it – not the other way around!

Milestones we’re proud of

Over the last 10 years, we’ve been fortunate to earn the trust of sponsors and site teams across the UK and beyond. Today that’s reflected in the scale of our working relationships:

  • We’ve worked with more than 70% of UK hospitals
  • We manage studies across major European countries as well as the US and Australia
  • We’ve built on-the-ground working relationships with 600+ hospital staff worldwide

We’ve also grown our service offering to meet sponsor needs across the development lifecycle, from Phase I–III clinical trials support to Real World Evidence, including strategy and a range of study designs.

The people behind the partnership

Our strongest differentiator has always been our people – professionals who have worked in and with hospital research teams and understand what good looks like at site level. That experience brings a practical, human approach to delivery: clear communication, consistent follow-through, and problem-solving that respects real-world constraints.

We’re proud of the leadership that has guided our growth over the past decade, and of the wider team who quietly do the hard work that makes timelines achievable. Most of all, we want to recognise the investigators and research staff who partner with us. Your commitment is what turns a protocol into progress.

What lies ahead

Clinical research is moving fast, new study designs, new data sources, and new expectations around speed and transparency. What hasn’t changed is the importance of strong relationships between sponsors, CROs and hospital sites.

As we enter our second decade, our focus remains clear:

  • Keep delivery close to the site, grounded in day-to-day hospital realities
  • Stay tailored and flexible, adapting our approach to each protocol, team and therapeutic area
  • Strengthen international delivery, building on our work across the UK, Europe and the US
  • Use AI responsibly, not to replace expertise or relationships, but to remove friction: faster insights, cleaner tracking, and less time spent on repetitive tasks

Because even in a more digital future, clinical research will always rely on people: investigators, research teams, patients, and the partners who support them. Technology can speed the work, but trust and communication are what make it work.

With thanks

To our clients, hospital partners, investigators, and colleagues: thank you for your trust, your rigour, and your shared commitment to research that matters.

If you’re planning a new study and want a CRO partner built around hospital collaboration and practical delivery, we’d love to talk.
