Emma came to the Clinical Research industry in her 30’s, with a varied portfolio of jobs and experiences, including teaching, lecturing, wellbeing management and even running an animal ambulance service!
She trained under the auspices of a small CRO, before launching a career as a freelance CRA and Project Manager, specialising in niche and early-phase studies; Investigator-led projects, rare diseases and small biotechs.
Since joining TCR-Solutions in 2016, Emma has risen to the position of Director, Clinical Operations, to which she brings to bear her varied industry and extensive clinical experience to oversee the TCR-Solutions portfolio of studies, helping to overcome hurdles and to streamline the process of getting quality results for our clients.
